CBD Oils as Medicinal Products Often Fail their Declaration – How GreenSnake® Hemp Juice Solves this Problem:

CBD Products Often Fail their Declaration. Green hemp producers must be careful to give their clients proper and truthful information. Especially those producers who claim their products to have medicinal value. The big distinction is between industrial hemp grown on an open field and medical Cannabis grown indoor and often needing pesticides.

The one producer owning the world patent and registered trade mark to produce GreenSnake® hemp juice and hemp juice concentrate from industrial hemp does not claim to sell a medicine, not even a nutraceutical. Instead they produce just good plain nutrition, varying in quantitative content just like lettuce or tomatoes do.

However, GreenSnake® hemp juice had their products analyzed by labs over the years and wants to ensure their customers of legality as well as of defined cultivation standards used by their hemp farmers. The resulting quality of the juice with its ingredients is certified by the GreenSnake® label.

Industrial hemp juice has its own organic label – GreenSnake®

GreenSnake® hemp juice is a label especially designed for juice products from industrial hemp.

On the farmer’s side: Hemp fibers for industrial use and the upper green parts of the plant for human consumption are harvested at the same time from the same green hemp plant during flowering. GreenSnake®Hemp is grown from EU certified hemp seeds with less than 0,2% THC. GreenSnake® hemp is cultivated without pesticides or herbicides, with limited use of mineral fertilizers plus natural fertilizers. GreenSnake® hemp is not genetically engineered, receives no radiation treatment, avoids mono-culture. The cultivation of industrial hemp is sustainable for soil use and climate.

On the GreenSnake® Hemp Juice side: the juice is cold pressed with a patented process that makes the water soluble parts as well as the fatty acid parts available for human consumption. GreenSnake® Hemp Juice is just the pasteurized natural juice without artificial or other ingredients. It is the unique source of all Cannabinoids (CBD, CBG, THC and many more) without getting high – consumers will reliably remain under the legal detection level in urine and blood tests. GreenSnake® Hemp Juice contains activated as well as natural Cannabinoid-acids. Nutritional ingredients are 20 amino acids (all essential ones among them), omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, dietary fibers, natural vitamins, minerals and trace elements, Terpenes, Polyphenols, Chlorophyll.

The total content of Cannabinoids of GreenSnake® Hemp Juice is on average less than the Cannabinoid content of hemp extracts. Therefore GreenSnake® Hemp Juice is not a medical product, but it is suitable as daily health food to prevent a lack of Cannabinoids in humans and mammals.   The Cannabinoids in particular promote self healing of body and soul. They harmonize and empower in a calming manner.

Hemp is a spiritual master plant, serving others in an authentic but unassuming way. The best indication of its master powers is the natural gift of GreenSnake® Hemp Juice to enhance and harmonize the natural taste of alle foods and beverages.

drugfree cannabis plant

Hemp and the pharmaceutical industry – and in the middle the EU

Big companies rule the the EU through lobbyism, as I can tell from own experience.

I have discovered through research that the cannabis plant, especially industrial hemp is also food and contains an extensive amount of nutrients, for instance all essential proteins and omega fatty acids.
Until now, the carriers of these valuable nutrients, namely the leaves and leafy blossoms have been wasted and simply left on the field during retting.
It was already common knowledge that industrial hemp also contains valuable health ingredients, the cannabinoids – yet never seen as food.

The pharmaceutical industry has an eye on these valuable cannabinoids and wants to make sure they are classified as a pharmaceutical and not as a freely available plant ingredient.

The pharmaceutical lobby soon began to spread the message that cannabis was a dangerous drug which if anything could only be turned into something positive and useful by the pharmaceutical industry.

Politicians who were not able to distinguish between high THC levels in marijuana and low levels of THC in industrial hemp soon began to pass everything that contained any THC whatsoever over to pharmaceutical companies.

This is how the whole legalization fight emerged – it is once again simply a matter of profit for the big pharma players.

Nobody even considered making the valuable nutrients in industrial hemp available to humans.

Only my invention brought about this idea that hemp is food. My invention is to press raw hemp juice which contains ALL healthy naturally occurring ingredients of the hemp plant to be consumed by humans.

Since the juice production also yields press remnants which contain the hard to digest fibers of the plant, nutritious cattle feed would also be an additional value created when producing the juice.

I got this invention patented in order to ensure the pharmaceutical industry would not get a hold of this new discovery and could therefore not restrict the wider general public from access to this healthy nutrition.

As a member of the European Industrial Hemp Association I sadly have to witness with many other enthusiastic hemp advocates that the the pharmaceutical industry is currently working hard on Brussels to restrict the free access and right to process industrial hemp as a food.
Their aim is to exclusively handle Cannabinoids and use it in medicine. Therefore, they are trying to get single cannabinoids patented and now claim everything that contains these patented cannabinoids, such as CBD or THC, cannot be categorised as food but as a pharmaceutical.

This claim is equally grotesque as claiming lemons could only be used as medicine due to the vitamin C they contain or tomatoes are medicine because of the glutamate they contain.

Tomatoes contain within their matrix of natural ingredients a substance called glutamic acid or glutamate, a common neurotransmitter. However, this does not make a tomato a medicinal product, or a pharmaceutical prescription drug or subject to governmental permission. Glutamate, since it was discovered in tomatoes, did not even make it a novel food. The level of glutamic acid in tomatoes is not monitored either.

It looks like bureaucrats in Brussels do not invest enough time into gathering information, hence they simply rely on information provided by the pharma lobby itself.

We would be better off if every country within the EU would decide for itself. Specialized politicians, under democratic control, would then debate a EU wide solution.

A result of this would be a more transparent process as opposed to the current process in Brussels. In which big corporations and their lobbyists are breathing down EU bureaurats necks in order to dictate that except for hemp seeds nothing else of the hemp plant shall be food for general consumption. This happens far off from any direct nation-state supervision or monitoring.

6 reasons why you should eat hemp seeds

So everyone is raging about a new superfood: hemp.

Other than medical marijuana, the industrial hemp plant contains THC levels below 0.2% which makes it a non-psychoactive plant. However, it still contains all the positive aspects marijuana has without experiencing a “high”.

Firstly, it is not a novelty for humans to consume the industrial hemp plant as a food.

Rafael Dulon from Hanffarm states at the EIHA 2016 conference in Cologne that “hemp is a superfood with an extremely dense concentration of vital nutrients, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, healthy fats, healthy enzymes, additional phytonutrients.” He also mentioned “the absence of artificial ingredients, hormones, pesticides, chemicals, toxins, cholesterol, or bad fats in industrial hemp.”

Industrial hemp seeds are high in plant based proteins, contain all 20 amino acids including all nine essential amino acids, is high in fiber, essential fatty acids omega 6 and 3, vitamins, minerals, folates and iron.

1. Source of fiber – Digestive health

Hemp seeds are a great source of dietary fiber which is important for our digestive system and most of us are lacking sufficient fiber in our contemporary diets. I can immediately notice the difference in my bowel movements when consuming hemp seeds.

2. Source of protein – Muscle health

Hemp is a great natural source of protein, suited for vegans and vegetarians as well. It is loaded with protein which we need for repairing and building muscles. Marlena says: “As a runner myself I can tell you I would not want to miss out on my post-workout hemp protein powder or GreenSnake® Hemp Juice boost.”

3. Source of fatty acids – Immune system cell health

Hemp is high in omega 3 and 6 fatty acids which distribute oxygen to cells in our body, more oxygen equals more productive and healthy cells to fight off infections and viruses.

4. Source of fatty acids – Anti-inflammatory

Hemp seeds contain twice as much omega 6 fatty acids as omega 3. This is an ideal ratio to lower inflammation in the body.

5. Source of healthy fats and fiber – Regulates blood sugar levels – Sustained energy levels

The combination of healthy fats and fibers in hemp seeds helps the body regulate blood sugar levels naturally which prevents heart disease etc. This also leads to increased and better maintained energy levels without lows.

6. Source of essential fatty acids -Lowers bad cholesterol levels

High levels of healthy fatty acids in hemp seeds reduce intake of unhealthy fats and also help break down cholesterol.

Hemp seeds are also great for anyone with nut allergies, as they can eat them without any issues. There are no allergies know to hemp seeds whatsoever.

Hemp seeds are available in most health food stores and organic food stores as well as online. They are either whole hemp seeds or hulled hemp seeds without the fiber loaded outer shell of the hemp seeds. They taste delicious when roasted.

Happy Hemp News!

A new study conducted by the Nova Institute and HempConsult regarding the growing market for industrial hemp foods and beverages reveals the immense market for the non-psychoactive cannabinoid CBD as a nutritional supplement and for medicinal uses.

Industrial hemp field figures rose from only 8.000 ha in 2011 to 25.000ha in 2015, due to rising demands in the food, food supplement and pharmaceutical industries thanks to industrial hemp’s reputation as a superfood. Which is why we believe in GreenSnake® Hemp Juice!

The study states that CBD as a medicine has the potential of a 2 billion € per annum profit in Europe alone, with an estimated minimum of 24 million € annually. With the main focus on treating for instance epilepsy, anxiety disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia, inflammation-related illnesses etc.

What we need is further scientific research being conducted, raising general public awareness and investments in the development of this newly emerging market. GreenSnake® Hemp Juice is very excited about this!

The studies are available for purchase.

We look forward to the presentation of these two new studies at the „13th International Conference of the European Industrial Hemp Association“, which will take place in Cologne on the 1st and 2nd of June 2016. 250 industrial hemp experts such as myself will be attening the conference which is the worldwide largest one of its kind.

We are excited to discuss all new findings with our fellow hemp folks and network to bring the best outcome to everyone!

Hemp is no joke!

Hemp has exactly the same potential as cannabis.

  • Same CBD content
  • Yet, no need for a prescription
  • And no psychoactive reaction

The only difference between hemp and cannabis is the THC content of above 0.3% in cannabis which leads to a psychoactive reaction – as THC is the only psychoactive component. Hemp THC content has to be below 0.3%.

  • Same health benefits (same medicinal and nutritional effects)
  • Much easier accessible for consumers (no prescription and legality issues)
  • You can work and drive ect. (non-psychoactive)

Properties of CBD are amongst others:

Nutritional properties:

  • Rich in: Proteins, minerals, omega fatty-acids, minerals, vitamins

Health properties:

  • Hemp is a natural taste enhancer and can therefore decrease the need for sugar and salt in cooking, baking and in beverages which leads to improved health due to less sugar and salt consumption.
  • CBD calms generally relaxes the nervous system and releases tension

Medical properties:

  •  CBD can relieve anxiety and gives you sort of a grounded relaxed, less tensed feeling
  • CBD can reduce blood sugar levels

Medical Properties of CBD Effects
Antiemetic Reduces nausea and vomiting
Anticonvulsant Suppresses seizure activity
Antipsychotic Combats psychosis disorders
Anti-inflammatory Combats inflammatory disorders
Anti-oxidant Combats neurodegenerative disorders
Anti-tumoral/Anti-cancer Combats tumor and cancer cells
Anxiolytic/Anti-depressant Combats anxiety and depression disorders

Advantages of hemp juice in comparison to CBD extracts

Hemp juice comes with the so called “Entourage Effect” which means the ingredients of the hemp plant are not destroyed in their naturally occurring shape and form when the juice is pressed.

So the juice contains the valuable ingredients in their natural matrix and can therefore fully unfold their effect on the human body. Extracts do not have this “Entourage effect” as the natural matrix is taken apart and only CBD is present in the extract, no other ingredients.

Moreover, extracts can contain chemical extraction residues which can be harmful. Our patented GreenSnake® hemp juice does not contain any additives. It solely is the pressed hemp juice – nothing more, nothing less.

What we hope to achieve

One of our main goals is to implement quality standards for customers with our patents through license agreements. Producers will have to abide by quality rules set forward in license agreements. There are barely any quality checks or standards in place yet with regard to hemp products because this is such a new industry and the market is still in the process of developing.

Let me know how CBD has helped you!

Happy Hemping everyone!

Was also soll die Panikmache?
