Canna Berlin 30th October – 1st November 2016

The first Canna Berlin will take place at Arena Berlin 30th October – 1st November 2016.

Unfortunately the event organisers had to reschedule the event which was initially going to take place in April 2016.

Ticket prices range from 10€ early bird day tickets to 3-day tickets for 25€

CannaFest Prague 6th-8th November 2016

CannaFest Prague will take place 6th until 8th November in Prague, Czech Republic.

The trade fair runs for the sixth time this year.

1 day tickets are 8€ and 3 day tickets are 15€.

Another big one is the Spannabis in Barcelona, Spain, which already took place in March this year, so you will have to wait until 2017 for a hemptastic trip to Barcelona.

Cannabis als Medizin – der Kurs

Das Hanfjournal hat einen informativen Artikel mit dem Titel “Der Kurs zu Cannabis als Medizin – Teil 1” veröffentlicht, in dem Dr. med. Grotenhermen die medizinisch wirksamen Bestandteile von Cannabis zusammengefasst hat.

Falls Ihr also irgendwelche Fragen haben solltet, schaut Euch den Artikel an und er wird Euch hoffentlich helfen Licht ins Dunkel zu bringen.

Beispielsweise erklärt Dr.med. Grotenhermen CBD wie folgt:

 “Cannabidiol ist das häufigste Cannabinoid im Faserhanf und in Drogenhanfsorten oft das zweithäufigste Cannabinoid nach THC. CBD verursacht keine cannabistypischen psychischen Wirkungen. Es besitzt beispielsweise antiepileptische, angstlösende, antipsychotische und weitere Eigenschaften, die medizinisch genutzt werden können.”

Hemp CBD product for cancer treatment approved by Brazilian government

#Hemptastic news everyone!

A CBD hemp product for cancer treatment has been approved by the Brazilian government as reported by Natural News.

The product is also approved as a prescription medication for the following by the Brazilian government: epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, and chronic pain.

This is a breakthrough which will only be the beginning of the #hemprevolution.

ECannabis reports that the product by Medical Marijuana, Inc. is called Real Scientific Hemp Oil™ (RSHO™). According to ECannabis “it will be imported as a prescription medication for cancer” and the Brazilian government “is subsidizing its cost under the Brazilian federal government’s heath care system.”

Stuart W. Titus, PhD and Chief Executive Officer of Medical Marijuana, Inc. says “Brazil is a shining example of how a national government has responded to humanitarian interests and has swiftly and diligently passed favorable legislation on behalf of the health and well-being of its people – children in particular.”

We are excited to see policy and law changes such as this one taking place.

Hemp Juice Lady strongly supports the crowdfunding campaign for the Medical Cannabis Declaration (MCD), as silver donor. We believe in the necessity of such organisations to raise further awareness and bring about political change, as well as educate and inform the public and practicioners on the incredible benefits and uses of medical cannabis. They are for example going to do this by providing free online lectures (available in 10 languages).

The Medical Cannabis Declaration started the global information campaign “Yes to Cannabis as Medicine”, with this video.

So who is behind the MCD?

Dr med Franjo Grotenhermen, Director of the MCD charity

Renowned expert on the medical use of cannabis and Executive Director of the International Association for Cannabinoid Medicines (IACM), with several books and scientific articles published on the topic.

 

SarmentoMA Luis Sarmento, Project coordinator

Author of several papers on cannabis and cannabinoids. Joined MCD in 2015, where he is project and communications coordinator.

 

 

Uses of medical cannabis

1.Chronic pain of different types, from neuropathic pain to migraine;

2.Chronic inflammatory diseases, such as Crohn’s disease and rheumatism;

3.Psychiatric conditions, such as severe depression and posttraumatic stress disorder;

A new study conducted by the Nova Institute and HempConsult regarding the growing market for industrial hemp foods and beverages reveals the immense market for the non-psychoactive cannabinoid CBD as a nutritional supplement and for medicinal uses.

Industrial hemp field figures rose from only 8.000 ha in 2011 to 25.000ha in 2015, due to rising demands in the food, food supplement and pharmaceutical industries thanks to industrial hemp’s reputation as a superfood. Which is why we believe in GreenSnake® Hemp Juice!

The study states that CBD as a medicine has the potential of a 2 billion € per annum profit in Europe alone, with an estimated minimum of 24 million € annually. With the main focus on treating for instance epilepsy, anxiety disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia, inflammation-related illnesses etc.

Hemp is no joke!

Hemp has exactly the same potential as cannabis.

  • Same CBD content
  • Yet, no need for a prescription
  • And no psychoactive reaction

The only difference between hemp and cannabis is the THC content of above 0.3% in cannabis which leads to a psychoactive reaction – as THC is the only psychoactive component. Hemp THC content has to be below 0.3%.

  • Same health benefits (same medicinal and nutritional effects)
  • Much easier accessible for consumers (no prescription and legality issues)
  • You can work and drive ect. (non-psychoactive)

Advantages of hemp juice in comparison to CBD extracts

Hemp juice comes with the so called “Entourage Effect” which means the ingredients of the hemp plant are not destroyed in their naturally occurring shape and form when the juice is pressed.

So the juice contains the valuable ingredients in their natural matrix and can therefore fully unfold their effect on the human body. Extracts do not have this “Entourage effect” as the natural matrix is taken apart and only CBD is present in the extract, no other ingredients.

Moreover, extracts can contain chemical extraction residues which can be harmful. Our patented GreenSnake® hemp juice does not contain any additives. It solely is the pressed hemp juice – nothing more, nothing less.
