Am 3.12.2020 hat die EU Kommission ihre Ansicht revidiert, CBD müsse als eine Droge eingestuft werden; CBD sei ein Lebensmittel. Die Kommission folgt damit einem kürzlichen Urteil des EuGH, dass CBD nicht als Droge anzusehen sei. In einem besonderen Rüffel an die EU Kommission und andere amtliche Stellen, mahnte das Hohe Gericht, Beurteilungen von Cannabis Inhaltsstoffen in Zukunft auf wissenschaftliche Forschung zu gründen und wissenschaftliche Ergebnisse nicht unbeachtet zu lassen. Was diese Einstufung von CBD als Lebensmittel nun für CBD Extrakte und die Hanf Pflanze als Ganze bedeutet muss noch interpretiert werden.
Insbesondere bleibt abzuwarten, ob die EU Kommission weiterhin behaupten wird, Hanf bzw. CBD und andere Hanf Inhaltsstoffe außer Samen und Öl seien nicht schon seit Jahrhunderten in Gebrauch, sondern neu. Mit dieser Behauptung versucht die Kommission Lebensmittel mit EU zertifiziertem Hanf vom Verbraucher fern zu halten und durch kostspielige Novel Food Untersuchungen zu behindern. Aus meiner Sicht soll dadurch der Pharmaindustrie ein zeitlicher Vorsprung eingeräumt werden, ihre Cannabis Medikamente zu platzieren. Wir würden sicherlich weniger Cannabis Medikamente benötigen, wenn wir mit Lebensmitteln aus EU zertifiziertem Hanf, wie z.B. mit GreenSnake Hanf Natursaft Vorsorge betreiben dürften.
Der Weg für die Pharma Industrie an Medikamenten aus Cannabis zu forschen wurde gerade jetzt, am 2.12.2020 von der UN in Wien freigemacht. Sicherlich ein Sieg für alle Patienten, die auf Cannabis angewiesen sind. Mit 27 Für- und 25 Gegenstimmen wurde die Pflanze Cannabis aus der Konvention IV von 1961 befreit, nach der sie keinerlei medizinischen Nutzen hatte. Ungut ist, dass weiterhin die synthetischen Cannabinoide einen Vorzug vor den natürlichen Cannabinoiden im internationalen Recht genießen. Ganz besonders enttäuschend ist, dass der EU zertifizierte Hanf mit weniger als 0,2% THC nicht aus der internationalen Drogen Kontrolle befreit wurde. Wir müssen uns wohl auf synthetische Cannabis Medikamente mit ihren unguten Nebenwirkungen einstellen und dürfen immer noch nicht auf breiter Front auf die Heilwirkungen der natürliche Cannabis Pflanze hoffen. Das knappe Abstimmungsergebnis zeigt ausserdem die international schwelende Angst vor Cannabis, egal ob als Hanf, als medizinischer Cannabis oder als Marihuana.
Russland und China haben bei den vier Änderungen 4 x mit Nein gestimmt, die EU Länder haben 3 x mit Ja und 1 x mit Nein gestimmt. Die USA haben 2 x Ja und 2 X Nein gestimmt, Canada hat 4 x Ja gesagt.

Artikel zu Cannabinoiden in der Schmerz- und Palliativmedizin

Dieser Artikel ist fahrlässig vereinfachend!
Er bezieht sich auf nur 11 Studien, die zumeist auch noch lediglich das eine (von mehr als 100 Cannabinoiden), nämlich das THC als Medikament berücksichtigen.
Sogar das vollsynthetische THC wird in Betracht gezogen, das nachgewiesenermaßen physische und psychische Nebenwirkungen hat!
Es ist verantwortungslos, dieses zu verschreiben, auch wenn es im Gesetz erlaubt ist. Der Artikel wird zusätzlich dadurch in seiner Objektivität geschmälert, dass 6 der 11 analysierten Studien vom Autorenteam des Artikels selbst erstellt wurden.
Längst ist Stand des Wissens ( Prof. Raphael Mechulam ), dass Cannabinoide nur in Begleitung aller anderen Inhaltsstoffe der Pflanze, mindestens aber in Begleitung aller Cannabinoide und Terpene ihre positive medizinische Wirkung entfalten können. Das wird in der wissenschaftlichen Literatur „Entourage Effekt“ genannt.
Nichts davon ist in dem Artikel zu lesen.
Bedenklich ist auch, dass nicht berichtet wird, ob Patienten mit starken Nebenwirkungen (bei isoliertem THC und synthetischem THC) noch zusätzliche Medikamente eingenommen haben. Es ist nämlich inzwischen bekannt, dass Cannabis die unangenehmen Nebenwirkungen von Medikamenten, die Opiate, Opioide oder Alkaloide enthalten, in der subjektiven Wahrnehmung verstärken können. Es ist also in jedem Fall zu prüfen, ob die Nebenwirkungen bei den Patienten vom isolierten THC stammen oder ob sie von den Nebenwirkungen zusätzlicher Medikamente überlagert werden.
Nur die auch im neuen Gesetz erlaubte Cannabis Blüte und auch nur, wenn sie nicht geraucht wird, erfüllt den „Entourage Effekt“. Sie sollte im Mittelpunkt einer wissenschaftlichen Studie stehen! Die Bundesrepublik Deutschland täte gut daran, zum neuen medizinischen Cannabis (verwirrend Medizinalhanf genannt) Gesetz auch die passenden Studien zu fördern und zu finanzieren!
Die Wirksamkeit einer medizinischenTherapie mit der Cannabis Pflanze muß nun endlich auch mit der Cannabis Blüte selbst wissenschaftlich überprüft werden unter der Voraussetzung dass:
1. grundsätzlich keine synthetischen Cannabinoide zum Zuge kommen, 2. grundsätzlich keine isolierten Cannabinoide verabreicht werden, 3. grundsätzlich Cannabis Extrakte stets zusammen mit med. Cannabissaft zu kombinieren sind, da nur dann der „Entourage Effekt“ gewährleistet ist. 4. in Doppelblindstudien ist neben der medizinischen Cannabis Pflanze die drogenfreie Faser Hanfpflanze als Placebo einzusetzen. Beide Pflanzen: medizinischer Cannabis und drogenfreier Faserhanf sind dann als Saft zu verabreichen, der vorher bei 80 Grad eine Stunde lang pasteurisiert wurde und 5. die Probanden dürfen keine anderen Medikamente gleichzeitig einnehmen.
Erst bei Erfüllung dieser Voraussetzungen kann aus meiner Sicht von einer objektiven wissenschaftlichen Studie zur Wirkung der Cannabis Pflanze in der medizinischen Therapie (ob Schmerzen oder andere) gesprochen werden. Und genau darauf kommt es an, denn im Medizinischen Cannabis Gesetz ist ausdrücklich und in der Hauptsache die Cannabisblüte als Medikament legalisiert worden und nur hilfsweise Medikamente ausschließlich auf THC Basis.
Cannabis als Medizin verlangt nach der Verabreichung der gesamten Pflanzenmatrix. Nur dann entfaltet diese Pflanze ihre ganze Heilwirkung.
Die außerordentlich wirksame Heilung und auch Prophylaxe durch Cannabinoide bei allen Nervendegenerationskrankheiten (MS, Alzheimer, Parkinsons, HIV Demenz) sowie die starke antioxidative Wirkung wurde bereits 1998 belegt in einem Patent der Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika (US 6630507 B1). Dieses Patent verweist auf weitere, die sich mit der Cannabis Therapie bei Schmerzen befassen.

Court case over Cannabis Oil. Hemp juice may alleviate problems for patients.

THC together with CBD fight brain cancer – THC in Kombination mit CBD bekämpft Hirn Tumore

Die Studien wurden allerdings bisher nur an Mäusen gemacht.

Cannabis kehrt Alterungsprozess im Gehirn um – Cannabis reversed aging of brain !
Forscher der Uni Bonn haben herausgefunden, dass (in Mäusen) Alterungsprozesse im Gehirn durch Cannabis nicht nur aufgehalten werden, sondern sogar rückgängig gemacht wurden. Alte Mäuse lernten wieder wie junge, die Leistungsfähigkeit kehrte vollständig wieder. Dazu wurde nur ein niedrig dosiertes Cannabis mit wenig THC verwendet. “Mit steigendem Alter verringert sich die Menge im Gehirn gebildeter natürlich gebildeter (Endo)-Cannabinoide,” sagt Prof. Zimmer. “Wenn die Aktivität der Cannabinoide abnimmt, dann finden wir rasches Altern des Gehirns.” Speziell die Wirkung von THC wurde untersucht mit positiven Ergebnissen.
Wie mir scheint, kann sogar der Genuss von drogenarmem Nutzhanf mit geringem THC dafür sorgen, dass unsere körpereigenen Cannabinoide aufgefrischt werden.
English: Researchers at Bonn university, Germany found low THC Cannabis to reverse aging in the brains of old mice. Not only did Cannabis stopp the loss in efficiency but it truly reversed the aging process and built a young, efficient brain in an otherwise old mouse body.
With age the necessary number of Endo-Cannabinoids in the brain is reduced. Learning inefficiency and memory loss ist the result. This no longer is our undisputed fate! We seem to be able to even create a newly better functioning brain while eating/drinking Cannabinoids.

“Eines muss man Cannabis sativa lassen: Diese Pflanze steckt voller Überraschungen. So gibt es Hinweise auf eine Wirkung gegen Schmerzen, Krebs, Epilepsie, Morbus Crohn, und und und…. Was jetzt noch fehlt, sind klinische Beweise, aber theoretisch möglich wäre eine Wirkung in einigen Indikationen schon. Das liegt nicht zuletzt daran, dass der Körper mit seinem Endocannabinoidsystem über Strukturen verfügt, in die die Inhaltsstoffe von Cannabis sativa passen wie ein Schlüssel ins Schloss. Es entsteht sonst leicht der Eindruck, dass CBD in Form einer verschreibungspflichtigen, isolierten Wirkstoff-Zubereitung, eine wirksamere Alternative wäre als die von der Natur in der Pflanze selbst vorgegebene Kombination, genannt Entourage Effekt. 297 scientists met in Poland June 2016 to share their research results on cannabinoids. I want to share some with you.
STROKE: CBD reduces brain damages in animals after a stroke.
NEUROPATHIC PAIN TREATMENT: THC and CBD work synergistically.
CANCER: CBD potentiates Big pharma meds effect in prostate cancer and induces death in myeloma cancer cells.

Hemp CBD buffer: homeostatic regulator
Dr. Ethan Russo, neurologist, medical scientist, and former senior medical advisor at GW Pharma discusses CBD as homeostatic regulator and the endocannabinoid system in conversation with Cannabis Conversations (Project CBD).
Dr.Russo is the medical research director at Phytecs, a biotechnology company with a research focus on the endocannabinoid system. Which explains his focus on the homeostasis created by Cannabinoids.
Their aim is to target the endocannabinoid system directly to target any existing deficiencies within the body and subsequent diseases. They are also looking for non-drug herbal approaches.

So first things first, in case you are not familiar with what the endocannabinoid system (ECS) is, here we go:
Cannabinoids = from plants
Endocannabinoids = produced by mammals in their bodies
The ECS It is the body’s own cannabinoid system. Meaning, every mammal has their own receptor system for endocannabinoids and cannabinoids within their bodies as well as creates endocannabinoids within their body. Cannabinoids from plants can bind to those receptors within our bodies. Cannabinoids find receptors in the nervous and immune system.
-There are more receptors in our human brain for cannabinoids than for all other neurotransmitters together.-
So Dr. Russo states that cannabidiol is an endocannabinoid modulator and therefore a homeostatic regulator. This is the reason cannabinoids work for so many diseases which affect different parts of our bodies.
Homeostasis = state of balance and health
Bi-directional effect of CBD = CBD acts as buffer, balances either excess or deficiency in system
What he means by that is that the bi-directional effect of CBD, which always works to create a balance no matter if there is currently a deficiency or an excess, always works toward creating a homeostasis (balance and health).
CBD regulates neurotransmitter functions, it simply does so as a consequence of the imbalance.
CBD needs to be seen as a universal tool, it is not able to only fix one certain issue within our body but every issue that has arisen from an imbalance.
CBD is a regulator for any given issue within the body. Not just a specific one, which makes it incredibly versatile.
CBD can be seen as a tool within the body that does not target one specific ailment within the system but rather aims to act as a buffer tool and balance out any imbalance which creates problems in our bodies.
2. Clinical Endocannabinoid Deficiency
This discovery has led Dr.Russo to the clinical endocannabinoid deficiency theory.
He has found out that diseases such as migraine, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and fibromyalgia all have a characteristics in common: they all have disproportionate levels of pain although tissues look ok. Moreover, these diseases tend to occur in the same people, someone who already suffers from migranes is more likely to suffer from IBS later in life. And studies show people suffering from those diseases have endocannabinoid deficiencies.
3. Food and Cannabinoid receptors
There are food ingredients which act on cannabinoid receptors, for instance caryophellene. He makes an important point regarding already existing examples of components of common foods which impact the endocannabinoid system.

Another aspect mentioned by Dr.Russo is the importance of the phyto-synergy of the ingredients.
CBD tends to get isolated through extraction these days.
Yet, Dr.Russo stresses the importance of the entourage effect and the effect the whole plant mixture has in comparison to isolated CBD molecules.
