Dieser Artikel ist fahrlässig vereinfachend!

Er bezieht sich auf nur 11 Studien, die zumeist auch noch lediglich das eine (von mehr als 100 Cannabinoiden), nämlich das THC als Medikament berücksichtigen.

Sogar das vollsynthetische THC wird in Betracht gezogen, das nachgewiesenermaßen physische und psychische Nebenwirkungen hat!

Es ist verantwortungslos, dieses zu verschreiben, auch wenn es im Gesetz erlaubt ist. Der Artikel wird zusätzlich dadurch in seiner Objektivität geschmälert, dass 6 der 11 analysierten Studien vom Autorenteam des Artikels selbst erstellt wurden.

Längst ist Stand des Wissens ( Prof. Raphael Mechulam ), dass Cannabinoide nur in Begleitung aller anderen Inhaltsstoffe der Pflanze, mindestens aber in Begleitung aller Cannabinoide und Terpene ihre positive medizinische Wirkung entfalten können. Das wird in der wissenschaftlichen Literatur „Entourage Effekt“ genannt.

Nichts davon ist in dem Artikel zu lesen.

Bedenklich ist auch, dass nicht berichtet wird, ob Patienten mit starken Nebenwirkungen (bei isoliertem THC und synthetischem THC) noch zusätzliche Medikamente eingenommen haben. Es ist nämlich inzwischen bekannt, dass Cannabis die unangenehmen Nebenwirkungen von Medikamenten, die Opiate, Opioide oder Alkaloide enthalten, in der subjektiven Wahrnehmung verstärken können. Es ist also in jedem Fall zu prüfen, ob die Nebenwirkungen bei den Patienten vom isolierten THC stammen oder ob sie von den Nebenwirkungen zusätzlicher Medikamente überlagert werden.

Nur die auch im neuen Gesetz erlaubte Cannabis Blüte und auch nur, wenn sie nicht geraucht wird, erfüllt den „Entourage Effekt“. Sie sollte im Mittelpunkt einer wissenschaftlichen Studie stehen! Die Bundesrepublik Deutschland täte gut daran, zum neuen medizinischen Cannabis (verwirrend Medizinalhanf genannt) Gesetz auch die passenden Studien zu fördern und zu finanzieren!

Die Wirksamkeit einer medizinischenTherapie mit der Cannabis Pflanze muß nun endlich auch mit der Cannabis Blüte selbst wissenschaftlich überprüft werden unter der Voraussetzung dass:

1.  grundsätzlich keine synthetischen Cannabinoide zum Zuge kommen,                               2.  grundsätzlich keine isolierten Cannabinoide verabreicht werden,                                    3.  grundsätzlich Cannabis Extrakte stets zusammen mit med. Cannabissaft zu kombinieren sind, da nur dann der „Entourage Effekt“ gewährleistet ist.                                              4.  in Doppelblindstudien ist neben der medizinischen Cannabis Pflanze die drogenfreie Faser Hanfpflanze als Placebo einzusetzen. Beide Pflanzen: medizinischer Cannabis und drogenfreier Faserhanf sind dann als Saft zu verabreichen, der vorher bei 80 Grad eine Stunde lang pasteurisiert wurde und                                                                                               5.  die Probanden dürfen keine anderen Medikamente gleichzeitig einnehmen.

Erst bei Erfüllung dieser Voraussetzungen kann aus meiner Sicht von einer objektiven wissenschaftlichen Studie zur Wirkung der Cannabis Pflanze in der medizinischen Therapie (ob Schmerzen oder andere) gesprochen werden. Und genau darauf kommt es an, denn im Medizinischen Cannabis Gesetz ist ausdrücklich und in der Hauptsache die Cannabisblüte als Medikament legalisiert worden und nur hilfsweise Medikamente ausschließlich auf THC Basis.

Cannabis als Medizin verlangt nach der Verabreichung der gesamten Pflanzenmatrix. Nur dann entfaltet diese Pflanze ihre ganze Heilwirkung.

Die außerordentlich wirksame Heilung und auch Prophylaxe durch Cannabinoide bei allen Nervendegenerationskrankheiten (MS, Alzheimer, Parkinsons, HIV Demenz) sowie die starke antioxidative Wirkung wurde bereits 1998 belegt in einem Patent der Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika (US 6630507 B1). Dieses Patent verweist auf weitere, die sich mit der Cannabis Therapie bei Schmerzen befassen.

THC together with CBD fight brain cancer – THC in Kombination mit CBD bekämpft Hirn Tumore

THC und THC plus CBD können Krebszellen eines aggressiven Gehirntumors zum Selbstmord zwingen und Metastasen Bildung verhindern, haben Forscher der Complutense Uni in Madrid herausgefunden. Bisher wurde THC als alleiniges Mittel im Kampf gegen Krebszellen eingesetzt. Die Dosierung von THC kann jedoch viel geringer ausfallen, wenn man es mit CBD kombiniert.

Die Studien wurden allerdings bisher nur an Mäusen gemacht.

THC and THC plus CBD can bring aggressive cancer cells in brain tumors to commit suicide and prevent cancer cells from spreading. Researchers from Madrid University Complutense found these results in mice experiments. So far THC dominated the research in fighting cancer so far. The amount of THC can, however, be reduced when combined with CBD.

Cannabis kehrt Alterungsprozess im Gehirn um – Cannabis reversed aging of brain !

Forscher der Uni Bonn haben herausgefunden, dass (in Mäusen) Alterungsprozesse im Gehirn durch Cannabis nicht nur aufgehalten werden, sondern sogar rückgängig gemacht wurden. Alte Mäuse lernten wieder wie junge, die Leistungsfähigkeit kehrte vollständig wieder. Dazu wurde nur ein niedrig dosiertes Cannabis mit wenig THC verwendet. “Mit steigendem Alter verringert sich die Menge im Gehirn gebildeter natürlich gebildeter (Endo)-Cannabinoide,” sagt Prof. Zimmer. “Wenn die Aktivität der Cannabinoide abnimmt, dann finden wir rasches Altern des Gehirns.” Speziell die Wirkung von THC wurde untersucht mit positiven Ergebnissen.
Wie mir scheint, kann sogar der Genuss von drogenarmem Nutzhanf mit geringem THC dafür sorgen, dass unsere körpereigenen Cannabinoide aufgefrischt werden.

English:   Researchers at Bonn university, Germany found low THC Cannabis to reverse aging in the brains of old mice. Not only did Cannabis stopp the loss in efficiency but it truly reversed the aging process and built a young, efficient brain in an otherwise old mouse body.

With age the necessary number of Endo-Cannabinoids in the brain is reduced. Learning inefficiency and memory loss ist the result. This no longer is our undisputed fate! We seem to be able to  even create a newly better functioning brain while eating/drinking Cannabinoids.

It remains to be seen whether eating/drinking Cannabinoids with GreenSnake® Hempjuice at a very low THC level i.e. without intoxication will be found to have a rejuvenating effect on the brain and the Endo-Cannabinoid system. Freeze-drying hemp juice may lower CBD / CBD-A content considerably

High CBD / CBD-A content in frozen hemp juice may not lead to high content in freeze-dried hemp juice powder found in capsules on the market. We have made several tests on different devices to freeze-dry hemp juices. Subsequent lab analysis shows disappointing results. Freeze-drying reduces the hemp juice to a dry powder of 1/10 to 1/15 of the original weight of the juice. The powder is easy to handle, to transport and to store. However, these advantages are outweighed by very poor Cannabinoid results. The CBD / CBD-A as well as the THC / THC-A contents in the powder are no way near the amounts one would expect due to the concentration of juice into powder.

Consumers who are disappointed not to see comparable results from hemp juice powder capsules than they experienced from frozen hemp juice may want to revert back to using the juice itself. There are, however, ways to increase the CBD effectively.

  • by using as much as a teaspoon full of powder instead of 1 capsule per day, but that turns out to be exceedingly costly…
  • by treating the hemp juice a certain natural way before freeze drying it

297 scientists met in Poland June 2016 to share their research results on cannabinoids. I want to share some with you.

STROKE: CBD reduces brain damages in animals after a stroke.

NEUROPATHIC PAIN TREATMENT: THC and CBD work synergistically.

CANCER: CBD potentiates Big pharma meds effect in prostate cancer and induces death in myeloma cancer cells.

BLOOD PRESSURE: in animals is reduced by CBD.

LEAKY GUT: CBD protects against intestinal permeability caused by stress.

ALZHEIMER’S:CB2 cannabinoid receptors are active when reversing memory loss and neuro-inflammation.

Anandamide is a main endo-cannabinoid helping to maintain homeostasis. The other principal cannabinoid is 2AG, important in stress resilience.

DIET has important impact on the endo-cannabinoid system. Eat fresh.

OLD: cannabis pollen found in Tibet is almost 20 million years old.

Hemp CBD buffer: homeostatic regulator

Dr. Ethan Russo, neurologist, medical scientist, and former senior medical advisor at GW Pharma discusses CBD as homeostatic regulator and the endocannabinoid system in conversation with Cannabis Conversations (Project CBD).

Dr.Russo is the medical research director at Phytecs, a biotechnology company with a research focus on the endocannabinoid system. Which explains his focus on the homeostasis created by Cannabinoids.
Their aim is to target the endocannabinoid system directly to target any existing deficiencies within the body and subsequent diseases. They are also looking for non-drug herbal approaches.

If you want to make yourself familiar with the benefits of cannabinoids (produces NO INTOXICATION, anti-anxiety, anti-psychotic, anti-inflammatory etc.) check out this post.

So first things first, in case you are not familiar with what the endocannabinoid system (ECS) is, here we go:

Cannabinoids = from plants

Endocannabinoids = produced by mammals in their bodies

The ECS It is the body’s own cannabinoid system. Meaning, every mammal has their own receptor system for endocannabinoids and cannabinoids within their bodies as well as creates endocannabinoids within their body. Cannabinoids from plants can bind to those receptors within our bodies. Cannabinoids find receptors in the nervous and immune system.

-There are more receptors in our human brain for cannabinoids than for all other neurotransmitters together.-

So Dr. Russo states that cannabidiol is an endocannabinoid modulator and therefore a homeostatic regulator. This is the reason cannabinoids work for so many diseases which affect different parts of our bodies.

Homeostasis = state of balance and health

Bi-directional effect of CBD = CBD acts as buffer, balances either excess or deficiency in system

What he means by that is that the bi-directional effect of CBD, which always works to create a balance no matter if there is currently a deficiency or an excess, always works toward creating a homeostasis (balance and health).

CBD regulates neurotransmitter functions, it simply does so as a consequence of the imbalance.
CBD needs to be seen as a universal tool, it is not able to only fix one certain issue within our body but every issue that has arisen from an imbalance.

CBD is a regulator for any given issue within the body. Not just a specific one, which makes it incredibly versatile.

“The endocannabinoid system one of its main roles in the brain is to regulate neurotransmitter function and again, if there’s too much of one kind of neurotransmitter it will bring it down, if there’s too little it will bring it up.”

CBD can be seen as a tool within the body that does not target one specific ailment within the system but rather aims to act as a buffer tool and balance out any imbalance which creates problems in our bodies.

2. Clinical Endocannabinoid Deficiency

This discovery has led Dr.Russo to the clinical endocannabinoid deficiency theory.

He has found out that diseases such as migraine, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and fibromyalgia all have a characteristics in common: they all have disproportionate levels of pain although tissues look ok. Moreover, these diseases tend to occur in the same people, someone who already suffers from migranes is more likely to suffer from IBS later in life. And studies show people suffering from those diseases have endocannabinoid deficiencies.

 

3. Food and Cannabinoid receptors

There are food ingredients which act on cannabinoid receptors, for instance caryophellene. He makes an important point regarding already existing examples of components of common foods which impact the endocannabinoid system.

Dr. Russo states the following regarding black pepper:

“The advantage of an agent that would act on CB2 receptors would be reducing inflammation, reducing pain, but without psychoactive side effects. Now as it turns out this caryophellene is very selective there. It’s a very safe agent. This, for example, is in black pepper. It’s called GRAS by the government – not that kind of grass – rather GRAS, Generally Recognized As Safe as a food additive. So this is something with the government’s seal of approval. It’s in our diet. But more of this would certainly have a positive influence on health, particularly for people with arthritis or other kinds of chronic pain. And again, without any liability in terms of having unwanted side effects.”

4. The Entourage Effect

Another aspect mentioned by Dr.Russo is the importance of the phyto-synergy of the ingredients.

Caryophellene in black pepper is an important example of how we can deal with CBD as food. Particularly in the debate whether CBD belongs to the pharma industry or the food and beverage market.

CBD tends to get isolated through extraction these days.

Yet, Dr.Russo stresses the importance of the entourage effect and the effect the whole plant mixture has in comparison to isolated CBD molecules.

Continuous growth of the European hemp industry

Immense demand for hemp as a food and pharmaceutical

The industrial association „European Industrial Hemp Association (EIHA)“ presents the newest data on hemp cultivation, processing and applications for fibres, shivs, seeds and flowers. From the year 2011 to 2015 the cultivation area in the European Union more than tripled to 25,000 ha.

The cultivation of industrial hemp was legalised in most EU member states between 1993 and 1996.

Hemp is a multi-purpose crop, delivering fibres, leaves, shivs and seeds.

  • Hemp Juice contains all the important naturally occuring ingredients of the hemp plant in the original shape as present in the hemp plant itself.This is due to the fact that the juice pressing procedure simply separates all the fluid in the plant from the press cake, so separated solids and fluids.This is necessary because the hemp plant is very high in fiber which makes processing the whole plant in a blender a lot less suitable for human consumption as it will upset the human stomach quite a lot as the fibers are not easily digestable.

    So the result of the juice pressing is a hemp juice which contains all the ingredients of the hemp plant in an entourage effect if pressed with the patented GreenSnake® hemp juice procedure. The hemp juice contains up to 300mg of CBD per 100 ml juice, this equals 11 kg CBD per 1ha industrial hemp.

    The juice and the press cake contain all Cannabinoids of the hemp plant, not just CBD.

    Moreover, the juice pressing procedure produces a press cake which can be further used for instance to produce CBD extracts, hemp protein powder or animal feed.

    This press cake contains an additional 6kg CBD per 1 ha industrial hemp.

  • Hemp fibers can be used for hemp paper and hemp insulation material.
  • Hemp shivs (woody inner core of the stem) can be used as animal bedding or for hempcrete as building material.
  • Hemp seeds (or hemp nuts) can be eaten raw or toasted, or be pressed into hemp seed oil or used as animal feed. Hemp seeds are already being praised as new super food.

The new report  „The European Hemp Industry: Cultivation, processing and applications for fibres, shivs, seeds and flowers” portrays the development of the European industrial hemp industry between 2010 and 2013.In 2015 Europe had 25.000 ha of hemp, still will increase even further. Main growers so far are France, the Netehrlands as well as Romania.

Many of the new EU member states are putting a particular focus on industrial hemp as an economic booster, especially for the trade of hemp seeds. Hemp seed production rose by 92 % between 2010 and 2013. Production of flowers and leaves rose even more by a staggering 3.000 % in the same time. This is in contrast to fiber and shivs which do not show any significant rise in growth or use between 2010 and 2013.

The report “The European Hemp Industry: Cultivation, processing and applications for fibres, shivs, seeds and flowers” was presented for the first time at the “13th International Conference of the European Industrial Hemp Association”, 1 – 2 June 2016, Wesseling near Cologne (Germany), the meeting point of the hemp industry worldwide (www.eiha-conference.org). More than 295 participants from 41 countries are expected.

Kontinuierliches Wachstum der europäischen Hanfindustrie

Hanf als Lebensmittel und pharmazeutisches Mittel besonders begehrt

Die „European Industrial Hemp Association (EIHA)“ legt die aktuellen Daten zu Anbau, Verarbeitung und Anwendungen von Fasern, Schäben, Samen und Blüten vor. Von 2011 bis 2015 habe sich die Anbauflächen in der Europäischen Union auf 25.000 ha mehr als verdreifacht laut EIHA.

Nutzhanf wurde in den meisten EU-Mitgliedsstaaten zwischen 1993 und 1996 legalisiert.

Hanf ist eine vielseitige Nutzpflanze, die Fasern, Schäben, Blätter, und Samen liefert.

  • Hanfsaft enthält alle wichtigen in der Pflanze vorkommenden Nährstoffe in ihrer natürlichen Form, denn der Pressvorgang zur Saftgewinnung entzieht der Pflanze lediglich alle Superfoodkomponenten und trennt Festmasse (Fasern) von Flüssigmasse (Saft).Diese Trennung ist wichtig, denn Hanffasern können teilweise schwer verdaulich sein für den menschlichen Körper, weshalb herkömmliches in den Mixer schmeißen bei Hanf nicht wirklich funktioniert.Was bei der Saftpressung übrig bleibt ist ein Superfood Hanfsaft mit Entourage Effekt, der es in sich hat, mit bis zu 300mg CBD pro 100ml (GreenSnake®), 11 kg CBD pro 1 ha Nutzhanf.

    Der Saft und der Presskuchen/Pressreste beinhalten alle Cannabinoide der Hanfpflanze, nicht nur CBD.

    Außerdem fallen Pressreste bei der Saftherstellung an, die weitergenutzt werden können zur Extraktgewinnung, Hanfölgewinnung, Hanfproteinpulver oder Tierfutter.

    Die Pressreste enthalten weitere 6kg CBD per 1 ha Industriehanf.

 

  • Fasern können für Hanfpapiere oder als Hanf Dämmstoffe verwendet werden.

 

  • Schäben (holzige Kern der Stängel) können als Tierstreu oder für Hempcrete (Baumaterial) verwendet werden.

 

Der neue Report „The European Hemp Industry: Cultivation, processing and applications for fibres, shivs, seeds and flowers” zeigt die Entwicklung der europäischen Nutzhanfindustrie von 2010 bis 2013.Die Anbaufläche von Nutzhanf in Europa betrug 2015 25.000 ha, Tendenz steigend. Hauptanbaugebiete sind Frankreich, Niederlande sowie Rumänien.

Viele neuere EU-Staaten legen einen Fokus auf Nutzhanf Anbau, besonders zur Produktion von Hanfsamen, die Produktion von Samen in der EU stieg zwischen 2010 und 2013 um 92 %. Die Produktion von Blüten und Blättern stieg sogar um 3.000 % im selben Zeitraum, während Fasern und Schäben keine signifikanten Unterschiede in Volumen und Nutzung zwischen 2010 und 2013 zeigen. Blüten zur CBD-Herstellung verschafften Hanfbauern im Jahr 2013 einen erheblichen Zusatzgewinn.

Der Report „The European Hemp Industry: Cultivation, processing and applications for fibres, shivs, seeds and flowers” wurde erstmals auf der internationalen Nutzhanf-Konferenz „13th International Conference of the European Industrial Hemp Association“ vorgestellt, die vom 1. bis 2. Juni in Wesseling bei Köln stattgefunden hat (www.eiha-conference.org). Die Konferenz ist der Treffpunkt der weltweiten Hanfindustrie, es haben über 295 Teilnehmer aus 41 Ländern teilgenommen.

A new study conducted by the Nova Institute and HempConsult regarding the growing market for industrial hemp foods and beverages reveals the immense market for the non-psychoactive cannabinoid CBD as a nutritional supplement and for medicinal uses.

Industrial hemp field figures rose from only 8.000 ha in 2011 to 25.000ha in 2015, due to rising demands in the food, food supplement and pharmaceutical industries thanks to industrial hemp’s reputation as a superfood. Which is why we believe in GreenSnake® Hemp Juice!
