CBD Oils as Medicinal Products Often Fail their Declaration – How GreenSnake® Hemp Juice Solves this Problem:

CBD Products Often Fail their Declaration. Green hemp producers must be careful to give their clients proper and truthful information. Especially those producers who claim their products to have medicinal value. The big distinction is between industrial hemp grown on an open field and medical Cannabis grown indoor and often needing pesticides.

The one producer owning the world patent and registered trade mark to produce GreenSnake® hemp juice and hemp juice concentrate from industrial hemp does not claim to sell a medicine, not even a nutraceutical. Instead they produce just good plain nutrition, varying in quantitative content just like lettuce or tomatoes do.

However, GreenSnake® hemp juice had their products analyzed by labs over the years and wants to ensure their customers of legality as well as of defined cultivation standards used by their hemp farmers. The resulting quality of the juice with its ingredients is certified by the GreenSnake® label.

Industrial hemp juice has its own organic label – GreenSnake®

GreenSnake® hemp juice is a label especially designed for juice products from industrial hemp.

On the farmer’s side: Hemp fibers for industrial use and the upper green parts of the plant for human consumption are harvested at the same time from the same green hemp plant during flowering. GreenSnake®Hemp is grown from EU certified hemp seeds with less than 0,2% THC. GreenSnake® hemp is cultivated without pesticides or herbicides, with limited use of mineral fertilizers plus natural fertilizers. GreenSnake® hemp is not genetically engineered, receives no radiation treatment, avoids mono-culture. The cultivation of industrial hemp is sustainable for soil use and climate.

On the GreenSnake® Hemp Juice side: the juice is cold pressed with a patented process that makes the water soluble parts as well as the fatty acid parts available for human consumption. GreenSnake® Hemp Juice is just the pasteurized natural juice without artificial or other ingredients. It is the unique source of all Cannabinoids (CBD, CBG, THC and many more) without getting high – consumers will reliably remain under the legal detection level in urine and blood tests. GreenSnake® Hemp Juice contains activated as well as natural Cannabinoid-acids. Nutritional ingredients are 20 amino acids (all essential ones among them), omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, dietary fibers, natural vitamins, minerals and trace elements, Terpenes, Polyphenols, Chlorophyll.

The total content of Cannabinoids of GreenSnake® Hemp Juice is on average less than the Cannabinoid content of hemp extracts. Therefore GreenSnake® Hemp Juice is not a medical product, but it is suitable as daily health food to prevent a lack of Cannabinoids in humans and mammals.   The Cannabinoids in particular promote self healing of body and soul. They harmonize and empower in a calming manner.

Hemp is a spiritual master plant, serving others in an authentic but unassuming way. The best indication of its master powers is the natural gift of GreenSnake® Hemp Juice to enhance and harmonize the natural taste of alle foods and beverages.

Court case over Cannabis Oil. Hemp juice may alleviate problems for patients.

Investors are on the alert concerning the sustainability of CBD extracts on the market. It will be decided in court, whether the “CBD oil” “Charlotte’s Web” may be produced and sold legally.

It must be disconcerting, to say the least, for parents of ill children to be uncertain about the quality and legality of a Cannabis product that reportedly has helped children in the past, but is in doubt now.

When the help of Cannabinoids is in demand, a drug free variety of Cannabis, the industrial hemp plant may help out as a nutrition rich in Cannabinoids and Terpenes. Industrial hemp does not qualify as a medicine, but as nutrition it can prevent a deficit in the body’s own endo-cannabinoid system by supplementing with Phyto-Cannabinoids.

Instead of preparing CBD oils by chemical extraction, a patented procedure to press the juice from the green industrial hemp plant greensnake® hemp juice may alleviate the dire straits, parents of sick children find themselves in. Reportedly the german owner of these patents valid in the US and Canada is licensing now.

What Cannabinoids and Terpenes Can Do for You

https://www.learngreenflower.com/video-2-understanding-cannabinoids-and-terpenes

This video is great basic knowledge on cannabinoids and terpenes. It explains why Cannabis is such a huge breakthrough discovery in medical efficacy – and it is safe to use. It becomes available as drug free deep frozen pressed hemp juice (with very low THC) or as deep fozen pressed medical cannabis juice with THC higher than 0.3% in the dry plant material.

The beauty of hemp juice or cannabis juice is

  • you can drink it raw as it is delivered deep frozen with THC-A and CBD-A
  • you can heat it and activate the cannabinoids into THC and CBD
  • you can enjoy the entire matrix of cannabinoids and terpenes in a pressed juice
  • you get the benefit of all proteins and vital nutrients in the plant
  • you get controlled quality from producers with patent license

(The only legal juice is from producers with a patent license carrying the seal GREEN SNAKE (reg. trademark). GREEN SNAKE wants contact to growers and prospective producers to share know how and patent license in Europe, the US, Canada, China, Brazil. This remark on behalf of GREEN SNAKE inventors of pressed hemp and cannabis juice I gladly share to help bring this amazing health food to everyone in need!)

Happy hemping everyone

Freeze-drying hemp juice may lower CBD / CBD-A content considerably

High CBD / CBD-A content in frozen hemp juice may not lead to high content in freeze-dried hemp juice powder found in capsules on the market. We have made several tests on different devices to freeze-dry hemp juices. Subsequent lab analysis shows disappointing results. Freeze-drying reduces the hemp juice to a dry powder of 1/10 to 1/15 of the original weight of the juice. The powder is easy to handle, to transport and to store. However, these advantages are outweighed by very poor Cannabinoid results. The CBD / CBD-A as well as the THC / THC-A contents in the powder are no way near the amounts one would expect due to the concentration of juice into powder.

Consumers who are disappointed not to see comparable results from hemp juice powder capsules than they experienced from frozen hemp juice may want to revert back to using the juice itself. There are, however, ways to increase the CBD effectively.

  • by using as much as a teaspoon full of powder instead of 1 capsule per day, but that turns out to be exceedingly costly…
  • by treating the hemp juice a certain natural way before freeze drying it

Claremont-Collection GmbH, Hamburg, shares it’s know-how on the patented process to pressing hemp juice

Hemp Juice Lady is all for quality control and consumer protection in a new market. What is happening in the CBD-extract market must not happen to the hemp juice market! There are global patents in place to regulate the manufacturing of true GreenSnake® hemp juice. The registered seal of GreenSnake® aims to protect consumers through quality standards and legality. The seal may be displayed only by those producers who have entered into license agreements with the owners of the hemp juice patents. Those producers thereby share the rich knowledge base of the inventors of pressing the hemp plant into hemp juice and to process this juice.

Hemp CBD buffer: homeostatic regulator

Dr. Ethan Russo, neurologist, medical scientist, and former senior medical advisor at GW Pharma discusses CBD as homeostatic regulator and the endocannabinoid system in conversation with Cannabis Conversations (Project CBD).

Dr.Russo is the medical research director at Phytecs, a biotechnology company with a research focus on the endocannabinoid system. Which explains his focus on the homeostasis created by Cannabinoids.
Their aim is to target the endocannabinoid system directly to target any existing deficiencies within the body and subsequent diseases. They are also looking for non-drug herbal approaches.

  1. Homeostasis

If you want to make yourself familiar with the benefits of cannabinoids (produces NO INTOXICATION, anti-anxiety, anti-psychotic, anti-inflammatory etc.) check out this post.

So first things first, in case you are not familiar with what the endocannabinoid system (ECS) is, here we go:

Cannabinoids = from plants

Endocannabinoids = produced by mammals in their bodies

The ECS It is the body’s own cannabinoid system. Meaning, every mammal has their own receptor system for endocannabinoids and cannabinoids within their bodies as well as creates endocannabinoids within their body. Cannabinoids from plants can bind to those receptors within our bodies. Cannabinoids find receptors in the nervous and immune system.

-There are more receptors in our human brain for cannabinoids than for all other neurotransmitters together.-

So Dr. Russo states that cannabidiol is an endocannabinoid modulator and therefore a homeostatic regulator. This is the reason cannabinoids work for so many diseases which affect different parts of our bodies.

Homeostasis = state of balance and health

Bi-directional effect of CBD = CBD acts as buffer, balances either excess or deficiency in system

What he means by that is that the bi-directional effect of CBD, which always works to create a balance no matter if there is currently a deficiency or an excess, always works toward creating a homeostasis (balance and health).

CBD regulates neurotransmitter functions, it simply does so as a consequence of the imbalance.
CBD needs to be seen as a universal tool, it is not able to only fix one certain issue within our body but every issue that has arisen from an imbalance.

CBD is a regulator for any given issue within the body. Not just a specific one, which makes it incredibly versatile.

“The endocannabinoid system one of its main roles in the brain is to regulate neurotransmitter function and again, if there’s too much of one kind of neurotransmitter it will bring it down, if there’s too little it will bring it up.”

CBD can be seen as a tool within the body that does not target one specific ailment within the system but rather aims to act as a buffer tool and balance out any imbalance which creates problems in our bodies.

2. Clinical Endocannabinoid Deficiency

This discovery has led Dr.Russo to the clinical endocannabinoid deficiency theory.

He has found out that diseases such as migraine, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and fibromyalgia all have a characteristics in common: they all have disproportionate levels of pain although tissues look ok. Moreover, these diseases tend to occur in the same people, someone who already suffers from migranes is more likely to suffer from IBS later in life. And studies show people suffering from those diseases have endocannabinoid deficiencies.

3. Food and Cannabinoid receptors

There are food ingredients which act on cannabinoid receptors, for instance caryophellene. He makes an important point regarding already existing examples of components of common foods which impact the endocannabinoid system.

Dr. Russo states the following regarding black pepper:

“The advantage of an agent that would act on CB2 receptors would be reducing inflammation, reducing pain, but without psychoactive side effects. Now as it turns out this caryophellene is very selective there. It’s a very safe agent. This, for example, is in black pepper. It’s called GRAS by the government – not that kind of grass – rather GRAS, Generally Recognized As Safe as a food additive. So this is something with the government’s seal of approval. It’s in our diet. But more of this would certainly have a positive influence on health, particularly for people with arthritis or other kinds of chronic pain. And again, without any liability in terms of having unwanted side effects.”

4. The Entourage Effect

Another aspect mentioned by Dr.Russo is the importance of the phyto-synergy of the ingredients.

Caryophellene in black pepper is an important example of how we can deal with CBD as food. Particularly in the debate whether CBD belongs to the pharma industry or the food and beverage market.

CBD tends to get isolated through extraction these days.

Yet, Dr.Russo stresses the importance of the entourage effect and the effect the whole plant mixture has in comparison to isolated CBD molecules.

Sign the Medical Cannabis Declaration (MCD)

The Declaration of Human Rights for Medical Access to Cannabis and Cannabinoids states the following:

“According to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted by the  United Nations in 1948:

“Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person”  (Article 3).

“Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the  health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food,  clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and  the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness,  disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in  circumstances beyond his control” (Article 25, Paragraph 1).

Whereas this Declaration applies to everyone and all people, whereas  many doctors are banned by legal requirements from treating their  patients with cannabis-based medicines and whereas many people cannot  afford access to cannabis-based drugs we thus declare that:

1. Every medical doctor has the right to treat his or her patients with cannabinoids and cannabis products according to the rules of  good medical care.
2. Every patient has the right to access cannabis and cannabinoids for medical treatment supervised by a medical doctor, regardless of  social status, standard of living or financial means.”

The MCD is already signed by nearly 4.700 people.

Warum soll man Hanfsamen essen?

Continuous growth of the European hemp industry

Continuous growth of the European hemp industry

Immense demand for hemp as a food and pharmaceutical

The industrial association „European Industrial Hemp Association (EIHA)“ presents the newest data on hemp cultivation, processing and applications for fibres, shivs, seeds and flowers. From the year 2011 to 2015 the cultivation area in the European Union more than tripled to 25,000 ha.

The cultivation of industrial hemp was legalised in most EU member states between 1993 and 1996.

Hemp is a multi-purpose crop, delivering fibres, leaves, shivs and seeds.

  • Hemp Juice contains all the important naturally occuring ingredients of the hemp plant in the original shape as present in the hemp plant itself. This is due to the fact that the juice pressing procedure simply separates all the fluid in the plant from the press cake, so separated solids and fluids. This is necessary because the hemp plant is very high in fiber which makes processing the whole plant in a blender a lot less suitable for human consumption as it will upset the human stomach quite a lot as the fibers are not easily digestable.

So the result of the juice pressing is a hemp juice which contains all the ingredients of the hemp plant in an entourage effect if pressed with the patented GreenSnake® hemp juice procedure. The hemp juice contains up to 300mg of CBD per 100 ml juice, this equals 11 kg CBD per 1ha industrial hemp.

The juice and the press cake contain all Cannabinoids of the hemp plant, not just CBD.

Moreover, the juice pressing procedure produces a press cake which can be further used for instance to produce CBD extracts, hemp protein powder or animal feed.

This press cake contains an additional 6kg CBD per 1 ha industrial hemp.

  • Hemp fibers can be used for hemp paper and hemp insulation material.
  • Hemp shivs (woody inner core of the stem) can be used as animal bedding or for hempcrete as building material.
  • Hemp seeds (or hemp nuts) can be eaten raw or toasted, or be pressed into hemp seed oil or used as animal feed. Hemp seeds are already being praised as new super food.

The new report  „The European Hemp Industry: Cultivation, processing and applications for fibres, shivs, seeds and flowers” portrays the development of the European industrial hemp industry between 2010 and 2013.In 2015 Europe had 25.000 ha of hemp, still will increase even further. Main growers so far are France, the Netehrlands as well as Romania.

Many of the new EU member states are putting a particular focus on industrial hemp as an economic booster, especially for the trade of hemp seeds. Hemp seed production rose by 92 % between 2010 and 2013. Production of flowers and leaves rose even more by a staggering 3.000 % in the same time. This is in contrast to fiber and shivs which do not show any significant rise in growth or use between 2010 and 2013.

The report “The European Hemp Industry: Cultivation, processing and applications for fibres, shivs, seeds and flowers” was presented for the first time at the “13th International Conference of the European Industrial Hemp Association”, 1 – 2 June 2016, Wesseling near Cologne (Germany), the meeting point of the hemp industry worldwide (www.eiha-conference.org). More than 295 participants from 41 countries are expected.

We are very pleased about the ever-growing hemp industry!
